Clinical Nutritionist and Registered Herbalist
Hi, I’m Juliana, and there’s one thing I know for sure—most women are not getting the proper care and guidance they need as they navigate perimenopause. The truth is, many doctors just don’t have enough education or experience to address the full scope of issues that arise during this transition. As a result most women navigate this phase feeling lonely, frustrated and confused.

In my experience, most women are offered only one option: hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not against HRT. It absolutely has its place and can be very helpful for some women. But even when you choose this route, it’s important to remember that supplemental hormones will never behave exactly like your body’s own hormones once did.

Additionally, imbalanced mineral levels, a sluggish liver, or a disrupted gut microbiome can all affect how your body processes both your natural hormones and HRT. Your internal terrain directly impacts how you respond to any treatment.

That’s why it’s so important to support the foundations: mineral balance, digestion and absorption of nutrients, detoxification, metabolism, and cell health. Perimenopause deserves a whole-body, individualized approach that goes beyond a single solution.

With ten years of experience in holistic health, I work with functional testing and personalized approaches that focus on nutrition, herbal remedies, and lifestyle adjustments to restore balance. I am committed to creating an individualized wellness plan that will support your body, mind and spirit as well, helping you reclaim your energy and spark for life.

I aim to empower women to make informed, confident decisions about their health. I don't offer short-term solutions—I offer lasting information that will help you create a foundation for a healthier, more energized life that you can carry with you for years to come.

My Healing Philosophies
With nearly 10 years of experience in holistic health, I’ve gained a deep understanding of some of the key aspects for healing:
1. Everything is Connected:
Your body is an ecosystem where each element contributes to achieve balance. Your insomnia, gut issues, hormones, metabolism, mental well-being and energy levels are all connected and affect each other. Diet, daily habits and mindset play a big role in either improving or getting in the way of health. Additionally, your environment, the people close to you, and the social systems you’re part of also shape your wellbeing. Nothing functions in isolation.

2. True Health isn't Found in a Pill
I do not aim to replace pharmaceutical medications with herbs and supplements for long term use. Instead, I focus on rebuilding the foundations needed for health and resilience so that supplements are only used when really needed and for a short period of time. The exception to the rule is some of my favorite deeply nourishing herbs that function more like food within the body and offer bioavailable nutrients that can contribute to quality of life and longevity.

3. We are All Different and Data is Important
When we take a root-cause approach to identify the true sources of imbalance, rather than just masking symptoms, data becomes essential. Bloodwork, functional testing, and a thorough intake and assessment provide valuable insights that guide a holistic practitioner in creating a personalized plan for lasting results. Each person is unique, and even when two individuals experience similar symptoms, the underlying causes may differ. A one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work.
